Sales to First Time Buyers at highest level on record

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) reports that in October, a third (32 per cent) of total sales made were to First Time Buyers – a nine per cent rise from September and the highest number since records began 16 years ago in 2000.  The last time the number of sales to First Time Buyers was at a similar level was in October last year, when 31 per cent of sales were made to the group.
