Latest Government Guidance on House Selling and Buying
The Government has released its comprehensive guidance in conjunction with Public Health England on house selling and buying during the Coronavirus outbreak:
- "there is no need to pull out of transactions"
- "amicably agree alternative dates to move"
- "there is an exemption for critical home moves" from police enforcement powers
- "mortgage offers should be extended where delay to completions take place"
