We provide a comprehensive range of letting services to suit experienced landlords, overseas clients or first time landlords. Let Only / Tenant Find Service:

This service is designed for landlords who have the knowledge, skills and contacts to manage their property rental themselves but wish to benefit from Adams’s expertise in marketing the property and thorough referencing of prospective tenants before starting a letting. We will do all the initial compliance, paperwork, referencing and handover but the tenant will then deal directly with you as their Landlord.

Full Management Service

This service gives our landlords complete peace of mind. In addition to the referencing, paperwork and handover, each property is looked after by an experienced Property Manager who deals with all issues arising on a day-to-day basis and inspects the property throughout the tenancy. We handle repairs and look after the tenants, ensuring all issues are well managed and dealt with professionally and promptly. At the end of the let the Deposit return will be agreed and made after a thorough inspection and with reference to you.

Over three quarters of our landlords register their properties under our Full Management Service. It gives busy clients complete peace of mind as they won’t fall foul of the enormous amount of recent and ever-changing rental legislation that must be complied with. As well as the freedom it gives landlords many tenants also prefer it.

Portfolio Management Service
